In Katy, TX, owners and operators in convenience stores & fuel sites hire us because the people they meet on the first walk are the people running the job on the last day. Convenience store interiors and rebrands built on operating sites, phased so the pump islands keep selling and the store reopens on the date. Here is what the scope covers on Katy properties: islands kept selling, then store interiors and rebrands. The store is phased so a share of the pump islands stays open through the work. Coolers, walk-ins, counters and food-service areas rebuilt on a site that stays open. Long-lead items go on order the week the permit is filed, and the FF&E is installed by our crew as the last step.
Our convenience stores & fuel sites work in Katy follows the same sequence as everything we build: we walk and price it, then the long-lead items go on order. Our crews build it in the order the opening needs, and our project manager walks it with you every week.
We hold the same bar for convenience stores & fuel sites in Katy as anywhere else: licensed and insured, our own crews on the finish, the FF&E installed by us, and a space that opens on the promised day. Pearland and The Woodlands are close enough that the same crews cover convenience stores & fuel sites there from a Katy job.
Tell us what has to open in Katy and when. Whether it is brand image packages or something bigger, we read every inquiry and will walk the property with you.
