As interior general contractor we hold the single contract for the whole fit-out, so you are not coordinating a stack of trade contracts and change orders yourself. One agreement covers the finish trades, the subs and the schedule, and one team is responsible for all of it landing on the date.
Ten trades run on our payroll: framing, drywall, tile, stone, millwork, paint, glass, plus Demolition & Slab Prep, Concrete & Floor Prep and Roofing & Exterior Refresh for the PIP or rebrand work that touches the outside. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection are subcontracted, held to our schedule and directed by our project manager, not negotiated trade by trade by you.
One project manager runs the job, walks it weekly, and signs one pay application that covers our crews and every sub under the contract. It works for full-floor renovations, whole-property PIPs and multi-suite build-outs where a client needs one contract holder for the entire interior, and it ends with a handover, not a punch list waiting on somebody else’s crew.
