Every renovation starts with deciding what comes out and what stays, and our crew makes that call room by room instead of gutting the whole space on principle. Walls, fixtures and finishes marked to stay get protected before the first wall comes down, and what goes gets cut out clean instead of torn out and dragged through the space that is staying open.
Where new plumbing or electrical has to run under the floor, we saw-cut and trench the slab ourselves, on a schedule that matches the rest of the crew. Haul-off happens the same day the cutting does, and dust control stays up the whole time, because most of this work happens in properties that are still open for business. The space gets handed to framing clean and on the day it was promised.
