We are an interior contractor working in Baytown, TX and the wider Greater Houston area, and our scope is the inside of a commercial property: demolition, finishes, millwork, glass and the furniture that goes in last. In Baytown that includes Production Interiors and Apartments, with Design Coordination (A&E) and Renovation & PIP among the services we bring to it. Ten trades run on our payroll, framing through paint, tile, stone, glass and millwork, and we install the FF&E behind them, so a Baytown property goes from construction complete to open without waiting on one more vendor. From Baytown it is a short drive to Katy and Cypress, and we run interiors work in both with the same crews and the same schedule discipline.
Every Baytown job starts with a walk of the space or the drawings with you and a number built from the real scope. From there the schedule runs backward from your opening date, the long-lead items go on order first, and our project manager walks the site with you every week.
Licensed and insured, with more than twenty years of combined experience among the principals: that is the floor. What sets a Baytown job apart is that the finish trades and the furniture install are ours, and the date we gave you is the date we are working to.
Before you commit to a number or a date on a Baytown renovation or build-out, talk to us. We take the whole fit-out on one contract, or the construction management alone if you already have the trades.
