Retail Tenant Build-Out (Example)

This is an example project, not a finished job. It shows the shape of the retail work we take on so this page is not empty on day one. Replace it with a real store, a real opening date and real photos from the admin.

A retail build-out with us is planned backward from the lease's opening date. The owner reads the work letter with the tenant, orders the storefront glass and long-lead items the week the permit is filed, our crews carry the finish trades through the space in one sequence, and the fixtures, casework and signage are installed by us as the final week, so the store is handed over ready to stock.
