That covers Gas Stations and Custom Homes in Dallas, with Construction Management and Pre-Construction run by the same principal who priced them. Our crews handle the finish trades and the FF&E installation, which is why the last month before an opening is planned rather than improvised. From Dallas it is a short drive to Arlington and Plano, and we run jobs in both under the same owner and the same crews.
